1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Only products that are damaged or defective upon delivery are eligible for exchange.

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

2. Exchange Process

  • Once we receive your email request, our team will verify the issue.

  • If approved, you may exchange the damaged product for the same item (subject to availability) or choose another product of equal value.

  • If the replacement product is of higher value, the price difference will need to be paid.

  • Refund will be provided within 3 to 7 days after the pickup of product.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that are not damaged or defective cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Customized or altered items are not eligible for return.

4. Shipping for Exchanges

  • Customers must ensure the product is securely packed when sending it back.

  • Shipping costs for returning the damaged product will be borne by the customer.

  • Replacement product shipping will be handled by us.
